I'm sure it's just me, but when I hear "ivermectin",

My mind immediately assumes it's a name Donnie made up, someone to take the fall.

"Yeah, iver mectin, I think she used to work for me. Not good, not good. Very bad. But I don't really remember her. I don't think I ever knew her."
