14. I didn't grow up in Florida, but I did grow up watching this show and loving it.

The ocean and scuba diving were pretty exotic things to me back then, totally outside my landlubber existence, and that made the show especially fascinating.

in the north coast California and also owned the Vance Hotel in Eureka (county seat of Humboldt county).

Here is an interesting story about a building developed by Lloyd Bridges and named for his Sea Hunt son, Lloyd Bridges II, the actor.
