Covid from the perspective of a Texas embalmer

Searing account of what it's like to be an embalmer in this pandemic.

The bodies he receives from hospital ICUs are in MUCH worse shape than normal. Not for the squeamish, but information that antivaxxers should be exposed to.

Compare that to 65% during the previous, non-Delta, Covid-19 wave. Add to that the ages are all over the place. I wonder if Texas Covid-19 death reporting reflects these numbers.

I've seen a lot of accounts of this plague from doctor's perspectives, but this one is really haunting. I hope it finds its way into the twittersphere to the deniers.
