Beginning with whether Garland knows the FBI needs a house cleaning and this process will bring about such changes along with possible new FBI head.

There will never be enough votes.

Moreover, not deserving to be on the bench and engaging in behavior that warrants removal are two entirely different things. Unless there is evidence that he committed a high crime or misdemeanor - and the latter would have to be pretty serious bad behavior - this probably will never happen.

And unless we're prepared for a precedent whereby a Senate controlled by Republicans goes back and removes judges confirmed by Democratic Senates because they feel that they don't deserve to be judges, trying this without strong evidence of criminal behavior or egregious wrongdoing would not be a good idea.

adherence to their duties. They didn't investigate that molesting doctor nor the claims against Kavanaugh. And let's not forget their part in the the 2016 election in releasing that bullshit re-opening of a look into the laptop with alleged info against Hillary...eleven days before the election.

Seems that agency's trustworthiness is in doubt.

Senator Schumer and Speaker Pelosi aren't going to distract from the critical legislation coming up for the sake of a hopeless Impeachment trial and conviction.

If the Republicans wouldn't impeach the Fat Fuck in Chief for trying to kill the vice-president, they sure as hell aren't going to impeach Boof Boy for a nonexistent FBI investigation.

The FBI's lack of diligence is not an impeachable offense committed by Kavanaugh.
It would be impeaching him because other people didn't do their jobs.
Dems wouldn't support this, so the 17 Rs you'd need are irrelevant.
There are likely not even 17 dems who would consider such an action reasonable.
I don't like kavanaugh, but what's his impeachable offense?

The FBI's lack of due diligence is completely irrelevant to any potential impeachment of Kavanaugh himself.

Now if a proper investigation of him were done and were come up with really irrefutable evidence of major wrongdoing, then there might be a tiny chance of removal.

There will never be enough votes.

The way to do it is to have a committee hearing on Boof Boy's numerous documentable PERJURIES, then refer them to the DOJ for prosecution. Then offer him a deal of no jail time if he resigns from the bench.

But, their failure is understandable since their mission was always flawed. In this new world, where our intelligence agencies have to broaden their loyalties to include all of us, I would conclude that, yes. Kavanaugh is not out of the woodwork, yet.

Not that it isn't deserved, but it is extremely unlikely that 1. Anyone would formally call for impeachment and 2. That it would have any support. Out of 112 Supreme Court Justices who have served since 1790, only one, Samuel Chase, has ever been impeached, in 1805.

Neither Alito, nor Thomas, nor Coney-Barrett, nor Kavanaugh and Gorsuch for that matter, deserve to be on the bench. They will however, never be impeached.
