I know rapists are members of any/all political parties, race, economic or social strata, etc. But it DOES seem Republicans may have the larger share of them. I mean the lists go on and on and on and on and on....
The author says:
Donald Trump is accused of sexual assault by multiple women. His wife said he raped her before she decided to describe it differently He is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl and walking in on teens in the Miss Teen USA pageant. He bragged of walking in on naked women at pageants and of course, of grabbing women by the pussy.
Judge Roy Moore is accused of sexual assault and dating underage women.
Rep Jim Jordan is seeking to step into Speaker Ryans shoes even though he is accused of ignoring sexual assault of young men while a coach, dismissing it as locker room talk
Former Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert convicted of sex abuse
Former Cobb County COP Chairman Joseph Russell Dendy - child molesting
So-called "pro-life"/ antigay activist Howard Scott Heldreth was convicted of raping a child

This is why this country needs to remove the republican party from this country and from politics all together and make it powerless.

It is the same when people say "Politics are so dirty" and NO, it is some politicians who are dirty, politics is actually very beautiful but SOBs and bastards become politicians and do their dirty work, giving everyone else a bad name. If the rule of law really worked in the USA we would not have these crooks running for office.
For example, why can a person who was indicted and served jail time for fraud allowed to run for public office? I believe in 2nd chances, but not for government. To run for office it should be demanded that a person have a clean record, that they can prove their honesty, but if you served jail time, who in their right mind thinks that person learned anything good in jail and can now safely hold public office?
You can be indicted, and if proven innocent then you do deserve a 2nd chance and run for public office, but if you pleaded guilty or were found guilty then you cannot run for public office ever again.

(14,371 posts)there aren't just as many "little guys" in the party doing the same things? They see their leaders doing them and "it's okay". Or maybe the party just attracts that kind of scum. I didn't read far enough down the list to see if Madam Screech was listed.
And sorry to be such a grammar nazi, but it's "per se". That's one that really bothers me.

(13,369 posts)There needs to be better standards and criminality should disqualify any candidate. Why there isnt a law like that is beyond me. Maybe Biden should be told about this serious flaw in our government.
