Romney in last debate: "Have you looked at your pension?"

This tells me that the Romney oppo team was digging in Obama's finances.

Obama needs to bring attention to that... answer the question this way "no Governor, I don't know what is in my pension. Why don't you tell me what your spies found?"

1. Better would have been, "I don't know what's in my pension & the American people don't know

from his time in the Illinois State Legislature, he is invested (still is, I think) in the pension fund. The pension fund has invested in Sensata.

Its really no big deal, but thats their "gotcha".

8. unless the pension fund has 51% of Sensata stocks, it's not at fault for Sensata's greedy decisions.

It's a public pension. Romney was trying to score points by pointing out (correctly) that almost any pension system will have foreign investments. But the President's nice response is all anyone will remember. Score one for the good guys.

5. I think he took that tack as preemptive incase the campaign brings up his China investments

"you have them too"
The difference of course is major. Pension investments on the POTUS side vs actual corporate connections on Romneys part.

That should have been Obama's answer to that question, "What pension? Many people don't have "pensions" like you do Mitt!".

Of the rich, by the rich and for the rich = RMONEY!!!

Maybe you and your fellow 1%ers should pull some of that cash out of the Caymans and put it toward higher wages and benefits for American workers.

that oily, flattened, monotone "Have you looked at your pension, have you looked at your pension, have you looked at your pension?" was the creepiest of all Willard's creepy utterances.

When I saw that display, I really thought Mitt was schizophrenic.

14. The way he kept repeating that line so manically was extremely rude

I think he said it three times in that tone as though it was a police interrogation. It's that utter rudeness, that lack of respect, the lack of manners that Americans will remember.
