And I bet he will win. In fact I would contribute to his campaign. I know that most politicians sell out but I dont know one that has so blatantly sold out and done so much damage to democracy than your Senator Kristin Sinema.

(11,371 posts)This guy has no spine, and even if he runs - and wins - as an independent he'll caucus with the Republicans, possibly making McConnell the Senate Majority Leader again.

(59,685 posts)He voiced as much "concern" as Susan Collins, and then voted solid right wing. If he talks like an independent and votes like a Turtle, how independent is he really?

(335 posts)I, too, would contribute to his run. He'd be an upgrade when it matters: defying McConnell and Trump.

(24,930 posts)He's a Republican and even if elected as an Independent, he will caucus with Republicans. The only thing that made him "good" was that he was not a fan of Trump but let's remember that, despite his call for a "pause" on Kavanaugh's hearing, he still accepted the results of that sham and voted for Kavanaugh.
No. Just. No. Sinema has lots of issues but she's still nominally a D (for now) and gives us control of the Senate if nothing else.
