If Sinema does become an independent who will have the majority in the Senate?

Both Angus King and Bernie Sanders have chosen to caucus with the Dems to give them a majority. The Dems technically only have 48 Senators to the Republicans 50, but both the Senate's Independents caucus with us which gives us a majority.

caucuses with.... Sanders and King are both independents, they caucus with the dems.

It doesn't matter whether or not they share a party label.
