Do Democratic States get cut off if their Senators vote against a Republican budget?

of them wouldn't turn down money if it was only for their state

(4,345 posts)4. Technically no, D states don't get cut off BUT it's a fact that R states get more federal money than
what they pay in, so in effect, yes, D states do get cut off.
