3. I called the Trump's types the "MBA" people.

They never understood the industry they are managing but they are just the decision makers. Then they give out goals for the managers and workers no matter how ridiculous the goal is. That's why they can go for unreachable quotas because they don't know what actually is needed to get the work done. They love their numbers and catch phrases. But anyone who has actually worked in the industry can see how fake they are. They love their own voices and they keep talking while people are rolling their eyes but have to keep a smile and nod because they are the boss.
