JUST LIKE THE TALIBAN TOOK OVER AFGHANISTAN: " If youre going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately." -Steve Bannonhttps://www.nbcnews.com/politics/politics-news/bannon-fires-shock-troops-next-gop-white-house-n1280591
WASHINGTON Scores of former Trump political appointees gathered at a GOP social club Wednesday night to hear Steve Bannon detail how they could help the next Republican president reconfigure government.
"If youre going to take over the administrative state and deconstruct it then you have to have shock troops prepared to take it over immediately," Bannon said in a telephone interview with NBC News. "I gave 'em fire and brimstone."
Bannon, who ran former President Donald Trump's first campaign and later worked as a top adviser in the White House, said that Trump's agenda was delayed by the challenges of quickly filling roughly 4,000 slots for presidential appointees at federal agencies and the steep learning curve for political officials who were new to Washington.
He is not alone in that view. His appearance at the Capitol Hill Club came at the invitation of a new organization called the Association of Republican Presidential Appointees, which was formed to create a resource for future GOP officials tapped to fill federal jobs.
Trump often railed publicly about career civil servants and Obama administration political appointee holdovers whom he saw as obstacles to his agenda, referring to them collectively as the "deep state."
Bannon said he wants to see pre-trained teams ready to jump into federal agencies when the next Republican president takes office. For the most part, that means the tiers of presidential appointees whose postings don't require Senate confirmation.
"Were going to have a sweeping victory in 2022 and thats just the preamble to a sweeping victory in 2024, and this time were going to be ready and have a MAGA perspective, MAGA policies, not the standard Republican policies," he said, referring to Trump's "Make America Great Again" slogan and describing a 2024 electoral victory as a "second term."

Or some other health issue.
I assure you they are there.
First of all if he's taking a Statin he has more than a cholesterol issue he most likely has CAD of some degree which is coronary artery disease.
There's a lot of things he is hiding I read something just a couple of days ago that said he's had the kind of diet a fast food and garbage all of his life.

(94,533 posts)The concept seems built on the assumption that Republicans can win all offices at all levels. I find that implausible. Read WHATS THE MATTER WITH KANSAS to understand how the GOP took control slowly, level by level while Democrats didnt respond.

(9,241 posts)by GOP, I don't find it implausible AT ALL.
They wanted access to those voting machines and voter roles for a reason. They'll figure out how to manipulate them and their operatives will be in every legislature in most states to claim any Dem win is 'fraud' and install their own losing candidates (which they can now do under the new voter suppression laws they're passing which will likely still stand in 2022 and beyond).
Sorry, I stand by my wording.

(16,784 posts)This scenario will not end well. What Steve Bannon wants and is calling for is a Civil War Part II.

(2,403 posts)Ok. So the things he is saying ate shocking BUT I have to stop and ask WHY is he saying these things in an interview with a major news source?
If they wanted to actually do these things WOULD they say it out loud? Or is he saying it to gauge interest? Or is there another reason?
WHAT is the purpose of him sharing this idea? Is it simply to just garner attention or is there a reason for it? Is it a look over here while we quietly do this over there?

Suck on that. Stevie.

(2,787 posts)all over the world these past few years has come from. Bannon... he's orchestrated it all... along with his allies. He's planning it for Brazil next. He's planning it then for the U.S. He's Cheney (Dick) on steroids. He's Trump's evil teaching it to be Evil. He's Crowley without the Winchesters.
It's one thing to have Trump back in office. This is bad enough. This is Trump and Dominionism evil... theology evil. christianism sharia law. But Bannon? He's demon hell. He's Nazism beyond cruelty. He's chaos beyond reason whatsoever. He's "burn it all down" just for the laugh factor. He's Ivan the terrible and the Salem Witch Trials and Vlad the Impaler.. just for the fun of it. You though Trump was bad? Trump never had an original thought; that all came from Stephen Miller and Steve Bannon.
God help us if those two ever get back into government. There'll be nowhere safe to run. And no way out of the country by then, either. Covid will be the easy way out, YMMV.

(10,270 posts)He wants it (the administrative state) destroyed, BECAUSE THAT MAKES THE REST OF IT EASIER TO ROB.
His 'I'm a leninist' shtick is just a means to an end. Hes not a leninist. Hes a drunk Danny Ocean lol.
He wants the state easier to steal from, and harder for it to exact justice in return. That's it. Oh, and since were here, let's discuss his ridiculous statement that the only reason we couldnt wreck shop last time, is cause nobody had any expierence with how Shops work...well, now THAT is one hell of a profound insight, isnt it?! I mean, fuckin' Ghandi eat your heart out with THAT nugget of wisdom from the Glorious Whiskey Necromancer....
He isnt wise, or politically astute, or anything else respectable. Hes a worthless vandal, and that's it.

Do they not get trained, transported, fed, paid, provisioned.... And if they do, who does it? Administrators.
Shut up Steve.
