inspiring moment.

(2,220 posts)where Anderson Cooper teared up. I go with a friends church choir to sing carols for members in assisted living and nursing homes every Christmas season. Its amazing how many noncommunicative people suddenly come back to life when they hear those familiar songs. Music works miracles, even if theyre temporary ones.

(26,500 posts)day routine with his wife. She reminds him of things he forgets and explains things to him. It's sad watching this "giant" struggle with his memory and communication. His manager/son decided to let him go on tour with the doctor's recommendation. Because it's one of those things that bring him back to his old self, even if for a moment. Halfway through the video they show him just "killing it" in rehearsals, like he used to. Then in concert where you see him come alive when singing w/ Lady Gaga.
