The five fascist Supreme Court justices are Alito, Kavanaugh, Thomas, Gorsuch and Barrett. They don't give a rat's ass about precedence, the law, justice, the Constitution, or the American people. They're appointed for life and don't care about public opinion. All they care about are their own demented opinions which are in line with the most wingnut Republicans, and will destroy American democracy.

They'll soon have an abortion case in front of them. Raise your hand if you think they'll let Roe v Wade survive. And there will also be a case about gun rights, (a NY case about who can carry a gun, where, when and how), and voting rights. Keep in mind that these five don't give a shit about human rights.

So even if we can hold onto the House, the Senate and the Presidency, we still are faced with people in power who probably thought that Hitler had some good ideas. How do we overcome them? Only two ways: Impeachment and conviction, or five more justices added to the court, appointed by Joe Biden, and approved by the Senate. Yeah, I'm holding my breath for that.

(Chief Justice Roberts isn't as crazy as the five fascists and will occasionally vote with the three sane justices -- Breyer, Sotomeyer and Kagen.)
