She probably had early detection and treatment thanks to the taxpayers.
My sister died of colon cancer last year did not get that pleasure. She probably had cancer longer than she fought it because she had no insurance.

Those with top quality medical care and financial stability tend to beat early stage cancers frequently.
Now about women afraid to go to the Doctor because they're afraid of the bill or can't find time between a 10 hour day at work and running to pick up the kids from daycare... that's another story
