As an illustrator and a teacher I can honestly say that no matter what age you are visuals get the point across in a second with just one image and that image sticks in your mind.

Couldn't have spent a dime without the House and Senate approving it first.

Why do we care what Manchin or Sinema do then, if that isn't the case?
