I'd like to see some DOJ action. We now have an indication from Garland that investigations are likely in progress (lots of hesitation, not a little skepticism). Nothing happens until it happens.

People should stop pinning their hopes on criminal charges.
It's not going to happen.
Criminal charges and the potential for jail are not going to be on the agenda.

And it's likely he will run again in 2024 and this time many states will select Trump electoral voters no matter what the election results are claiming election fraud.

I'm not sure what can be done about this.
Unless Democrats in Congress pass laws to prevent it Trump will be president of the US for the rest of his life.
