NOTE: My malware protection app has identified http://www.radiosantafe.com

as a potentially malicious site. It appeared as a link in one of the ops I read yesterday
and now I can't find the specific op. The message from my malware app is "site
blocked due to trojan".

Chrome (say what you will, deservedly, about Google, but they're very good at restricting "bad" sites) lets me in just fine, but with a notification that the site is using an un-encrypted communication protocol (HTTP); there's no malware or anything, but your communications with the site are visible to anyone looking so you shouldn't give them any information you don't want public.
