Facebook isn't the only platform that helps to spread misinformation and hate

Right- wing radio has been misinforming and spreading hate for years. It's only natural that it would end up on facebook too.

Endless clicks that take you deeper and deeper

That's the big difference

Limbaugh has been polluting the airwaves before widespread use of the internet

Facebook is Limbaugh exponentially

But, if we are going to point out how the internet spreads division, I think we should add right-wing radio in there too. We used to have the Fairness Doctrine. I think we should bring it back when it comes to broadcast material. At least that way radio wouldn't be all one sided.

I'm sure banning TFG from Twitter helped to bring down the lies and division on that platform at least.
