5: Ending incentivizing brutality by ending Civil Forfeiture
6: Ending incentivizing convictions by ending Private Prisons
7: De-escalation training
8: Complete independent oversight of ALL law enforcement
9: Complete audits of all law enforcement hiring, current and prospective
10: Ending no knock warrants
11: Requiring officers to have liability insurance
12: Making Departments and officers liable for their abuses, not taxpayers
13: Reforming police academies
14: Ending the modern day failed Prohibition that is the Drug War
My wife, and my District Superintendent's wife, are victims of the lack of oversight by law enforcement. Local law enforcement have little oversight and Border Patrol/CBP have even less because of the bigoted, xenophobic immigration laws we have had since the passage of the Walter/McCarran Act of 1952.
My campaign supports all law enforcement reforms. I ask for your help to get me onto the ballot in Arizona for the 2022 election so we can truly work to change this in Arizona and in the country as a whole. We can turn Arizona blue in 2002. We need one seat in the Arizona House to do it. The seat I am running for is the seat that can flip Arizona blue.
