2. How about the text of any of dozens of red state laws?

Okay, maybe it’s not a made to order bullet point list for you, but any serious review of those provisions makes it obvious they’re intended to made it more difficult to vote. Then look at who those difficulties will disproportionately impact.

Maybe someone else has good talking points.

..that’s the whole point. If you’re looking for something to break through that for someone who has already made up their mind, good luck.

9. Fundamentally these people think there's nothing wrong with making it difficult to vote

In particular they have a mentality that voting is a privilege not a right. You should HAVE TO PROVE that you're eligible at possible step of the way, and virtually no number of 'hoops' is too many for them.

IOW, they'd rather 10,000 can't vote ... if it means that doing so would've allowed 1 ineligible person to vote.

That's the mentality you're up against, and you're unlikely to convince any of them that your 'bullet points' amount to 'suppression' because to their thinking, it's all 'security', and fully justified.

Or at least, that's how they'll front on the subject.

as long as they make voting sites with enough capacity that no one ever have to wait more than an hour to vote, let people register the same day of voting, etc. But you know they are never going to allow that because they meant to suppress voting in urban area because that's where democrats are concentrated in.

On vaccines. Unfortunately it took the death of the daughter of our mutual friend to convince her. BTW, that daughter was 35 and the mother of 3 young children.

They took all the precincts that a Democrat lost and put them into a Republican district.
This means that the Democrat won't ever have any challengers. Why even vote?
