The entire country of Lebanon is without power. I hope they are getting help. That’s got to be awful.

We should consider opinion polls of what countries think of their neighbors and their opinions on the demographics in them and they need to be favorable as a condition for certain forms of foreign aid.

12. They've lost power several times in the past year

I think they had a total power grid shut-down in July also.
They've got some serious economic problems there.
