He is angry at Joe Biden for not giving him "executive privilege". He is angry at Mitch McConnell for not shutting down the government over the debt limit, much of which he created in his disastrous four years.

Numerous times, he made up numbers to prove to his gullible followers that he had been cheated out of the last election, almost a year ago. He cannot seem to get over it. He appeared to be an angry, old fart, ready to be hauled off in a strait-jacket.
