(2,868 posts)On 'Face the Nation', Margaret Brennan was jumping all over Adam Schiff about 'bad messaging' by the Dems because they're not telling the American people what's in the reconciliation bill.
You can talk about what you would like to be in the bill, but you can't go around saying this and that will be in the bill, and then if it's not in the bill that gets enacted, you get criticized for not delivering in your promises,
Schiff politely explained that once the legislation gets enacted, THEN the Dems need to really explain to the country what's in it and how it will effect the American people's lives.

Why should pharmaceutical companies get to fleece seniors when no other western country allows such expensive meds to be sold? That alone will savage $700,000,000 billion to Medicare. BBB is infrastructure. But only if you want a strong middle class and the GOP does not want that.
