There's no point in holding him in contempt for not producing documents that they probably already have, since that would just give him a defense. Wait until he doesn't show, then bust him.

Janet Reno:

Eric Holder:

H. Rept. 112-546 - RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FIND ERIC H. HOLDER, JR., ATTORNEY GENERAL, U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, IN CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS FOR REFUSAL TO COMPLY WITH A SUBPOENA DULY ISSUED BY THE COMMITTEE ON OVERSIGHT AND GOVERNMENT REFORM
112th Congress (2011-2012)

Nothing else happened.
