AT&T passes network traffic and data to the NSA, Windows passes your data to Bing for marketing and the NSA.
Multiple products, like the base OS, Cortana & Azure also contribute.

Oh, and if you run certain versions of Linux, such as Mint. They have Azure embedded and that reports too.
