Not only did Senator Brown endorse Ryan for the Senate, he's already campaigning with him.

Democratic Senate candidate Tim Ryan and Senator Sherrod Brown will be in the area Friday.

Ryan and Brown will stop at Operating Engineers Local in Youngstown on McClurg Road at 9:30 a.m.

Following the Youngstown stop, the pair will travel to Steubenville for another campaign event.

A discussion about what's at stake for Ohio workers in next year's U.S. Senate election will take place and they will collect signatures for Ryan to appear on the ballot.

The campaign stops come just days after Senator Brown endorsed Ryan.

Brown called Ryan a friend that understands that all work has dignity.

Ryan is running for the Senate seat that is currently held by Rob Portman, who is retiring.

Tim Ryan has served 10 terms in the U.S. House of Representatives and announced his Senate bid in April.
