Big energy's, and thus the GOP's, response was to stop messing around in back rooms and move to all-out battle to stop action.

It was a letter to congress, not a stump speech, but no one can say this extremely important message wasn't taken seriously.

I believe they think there are untold riches to be made in the new feudalism. They will own the best farmland. They will own the best water. They will own the best people.
