12. Actually, Zogby is weighted to the right so the spread should be higher for the President. nt.

13. Zogby changes his methods to match changes in the population.

For example, some groups like Blacks, Hispanics and Asians can't be reached by polls using traditional methods. Zogby changes it's methods to find the best methods of finding and polling voters.
