Isn't Steve Bannon playing with fire by not cooperating? Aren't there conditions that come with accepting a pardon? If he refuses to testify can't the pardon be revoked?

(62,406 posts)refuse to testify on grounds it may incriminate him, since he can't be put in jail because he was pardoned?
I am no lawyer, but he was pardoned for different crimes. The pardon shouldn't cover these crimes, therefore he could be held in contempt. The committee would have to give him immunity to force him to testify.
The pardon he got was for specific crimes, not a carte blanche that forgives everything past and future.
Can the pardon be revoked? Good question. I am thinking no, there is no provision to undo what is. done.
Once again, I am no lawyer.

(30,613 posts)He can't be prosecuted for the past crimes, so now he can be forced to testify about those crimes.
