History is filled with messy examples of how this ends for Republicans.
A smart viable party might try to earn votes rather than suppress or steal them.

Maybe now people will start voting for Democracy and their best collective interests. Or, maybe not.

3. This is not an exaggeration - this is exactly what Texas does and they are

the poster child for what the GOP would love to have in the future. For those that think that this is an exaggeration remember this - California is where every positive thing starts in America and works it's way across the country. Texas is where everything "conservative" starts and works it's way across the country.

The GOP leadership in Texas is convinced that their way is what is right for America (there is competition from Florida) and in coordination with ALEC they aggressively push their agenda.

This is real and mark my words it will play our across America in the next 3 - 4 years until the young people rise up, start voting after they realize how screwed they are and by then it could be too late.
