What's up NY State? Can't find anything on Bannon investigation for stealing money from wall-a-thon

Yes, he was arrested. Yes federal charges. Supposedly defrauded fund out of a $1 million. Yes Dingbat pardoned him. Yes charges dropped.

But NY State is supposed to have opened an investigation. This seems so much worse than not following a subpoena.

And someone dug this tape up of him saying they got a million. Although he could say he was just joking.

Can they just deliver all that to the state? Or do they have to start from scratch? They supposedly opened it in March.

the pardon, the state still has to take its own time because the state criminal statutes and evidence have to all line up.

It's complicated, but so it all goes...
