no upset by the republican, Libertarian, or Conservative or the Rent's too High party candidates or whoever.

Any poll will show that.

I mean the last mayor was originally elected as a Republican and freaking Rudy Giuliani before that. So I wouldn't say it's as simple as the Democrat always wins.

Granted, it is not likely the Republican will win this year, but I don't think we can say 1 Democrat in a row establishes a pattern.

and Bloomberg even left the republicans, it'll be a long time before a republican wins in NYC.

That race is over.
