I watched the Circus - the weekly program on Showtime

and this past week they were in Virginia, covering the upcoming gubernatorial elections, noting, like everyone else, how a campaign that until several months was a sure thing is now close.

I think that the "Critical Race Theory" banner will do what the "Defund the Police" did in 2020. (Congressman Clyburn himself blamed the slogan on the losses).

Most voters do not bother to understand what these slogans mean. They just know that they don't like them, do not trust them (meaning do not trust the Democrats) and are hesitating about voting for a Democrat.

I hope that I am wrong. Will see. We will always have Whiny Donny calling on his supporters to stay home on election day so there is still hope.

and they use them repeatedly. We need to counter by not allowing such obvious memes. Why was it defund the policy when it could have been remake the police - defund was not even an accurate term. Same with CRT since every school district uses it in different ways - it is not a dogmatic principle. What is wrong with Accurate History of Race in the US.

We have to stop getting played like this.
