was when he said, he hoped that DOJ was investigating the insurrection. He didn't sound very positive when he said this. His reason for saying this was that time is of the essence. The GQP strategy is to run out the clock. A special prosecutor needs to be appointed by Garland just like Barr appointed Durham who is still trying to dig up dirt on the Bidens. Garland needs to do the same and put in guard rails that protect the prosecutor from being fired. Garland should have done this months ago. It is foolish for DOJ to wait for referrals from the select committee before it acts.

When will Steve Bannon face a trial - 5 months? 8 months? 1 year? 2 years?

The 2022 1st primary election is 126 days away.
