2. The NYT article contradicts their own story.

It says right there that Patrick Orlando launched a SPAC in January named BENEU... and THAT SPAC was the one he was negotiating with Trump in March. Later on, Orlando launched DWAC, a different SPAC which was better funded.

Trump signed off on the deal with Orlando to merge with DWAC.

Political writers shouldn't write business articles.

I think I'll just start breaking the law willy nilly and see how long I get away with what he does. I guessimate about a week or so? This man just continues on like Satan and never gets punished (oh wait, he is Satan).
