However, this one is supposed to be different with EV and VBM being processed earlier.

The snafu in Fairfax may put us back in the old pattern. From the looks of early returns, I hope so.

Unless you're a republican apparently... less populated areas can report vote counts earlier... because there are less votes to count.

That's why cities ALWAYS report last and why dems always pick up steam as the night goes on.
