Can anyone tell me why Bannon isn't in jail?

Poor Merrick Garland.... you know, the guy with balls the size of a peanut? WTF is this guy doing? Why isn't Bannon in jail? I haven't heard anything, except commentary by Glenn Kirschner.

Our democracy keeps taking a hit from these corrupt lil pricks. Why are we allowing it? Why is nothing being done? Where is the outcry? Does nobody give a shit anymore about the rule of law? WTF! This is so sad watching it all go down in flames.

I hate to be so negative, but what else can you call it?

WTF is going on. If the guilt falls on Garland, so be it. The truth is the truth. The law is the law.

So, how long has it been since Bannon defied the subpoena? In my viewpoint this should be a quick enforcement of the law. It shouldn't take 2 weeks. It shouldn't take 2 days. His happy ass should be in jail by now. Instead, this loser is out there spreading more bullshit lies. He just interviewed MTG, to which she was screaming Vax Nazi's. This shit has to stop.

I just wish the democrats would learn to play hardball, like the republicants.
