Meet Princess Blanding: The third person vying to be Virginias next governor
Princess Blanding isnt mincing words. She is done with the status quo.
From an educator and an activist to now a gubernatorial candidate, Blanding is looking to make history in more ways than one.
If elected, she would not only be the first Black woman to become governor of Virginia, but she would also be the first openly LGBTQIA+ woman to hold the office. Shes running on the platform of a party that she created, the Liberation Party.
But with progressive policy points that are likely to appeal to the political left, why did she start her own party?

OP
Gonna suck if we lose Virginia by 21,000 votes...which very well may happen with how it's changed.

I'll just delete my Libertarian post now...

Maybe thats why she got so many votes.
Voters thought it said LIBERTARIAN.

Someone's got a habit of running a unknown to divide off usual Dem voters, so this is actually not surprrising at all.
Along with delaying the BBB just long enough to prevent McAuliffe from having that in his campaign arsonal.
They ain't working for the Democratic Party. They're working to kneecap it.
