The problem (that is, if you are watching MSNBC) is that they are slow to confirm the vote by mail, which is largely going for Murphy.

on edit:

at 3:11 the difference is now less than 2000 votes.

at 3:33, the difference is now down to around 500, with Ciattarelli still in the lead.
