So you can be a rocket scientist and not understand basic manners. Or you know a lot about engineering but forget to brush your teeth most days.
Even if he's an autistic savant in one area it doesn't follow that he knows everything about everything.

Im not sure taxing unrealized gains is the way to go, but maybe requiring Billionaires to sell a certain percentage of stock each year is an alternative. Government requires 72 year-olds to begin selling 5% of retirement accounts.
