I I don't know if anybody else noticed but he kind of smirked and laugh a couple of times in response to the question I guess it's funny to him

Would Garland eventually send some sort of response if he intended not to act?

(1,228 posts)Yeah, it was a well deserved dig at Moscow Mitch, and it probably felt good to a lot of us. But his Supreme Court nomination was not because of his liberal leanings but for his acceptability to the Traitor controlled senate. Mitch likely had a pleased chuckle over his new job at DOJ. Surely there is a fire breathing, constitutional fanatic Democratic prosecutor who could have permanently wiped the turtle smile off that jerk's face.
