This Judge SUCKS !! FUCKIN WOW !! Now pinching and zooming video is "altering an image" ?!

I thought I could hold out on this judge, but I'm done ... the prosecution is about to show a video that looks like it was going to mud stomp KRs whole testimony.

The defense comes in with "... pinching and zooming alters the image..." which is bullshit and the defense has brought in images they've zoomed in on.

The judge believes the defenses statements that apple alters images when they're pinched as if he's never zoomed in on a picture ... I'm done.

Now the judge doesn't believe common use of zooming in on a video, WT A F...

There is no “AI” to “alter images” (and whatever other bs the defense spewed) in Apple products, at least to the best of my knowledge. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

omg, it looks like the defense might have hurt itself because if the DA can get the video in when the jury is fresh I think it'll show KR pointed his gun first at the crowd after he came from behind the "Duramax" truck and people got pissed at him after that ... chasing him etc.

6. To be fair, they're talking about converting the drone video, a 2D source, into a 3D image

and then using the pinch and zoom feature. Converting a 2d source image into a 3d image is going to contain some amount of guesswork and modifications at the code level.

The DA hasn't shown the video and if they're going to show it in 3d or not, they judge didn't even ask !!

21. Years ago I saw a picture.

It had a large article about how the mother, an anti-war activist was at the grave of her son.

It was cloudy, drizzly, and there she was, alone, mourning her son. It was spontaneous, a mother's love for her lost son. Truly pathetic, in the sense of "arousing compassion and sympathy."

Then I saw the origin Getty image.

She was surrounded by a dozen reporters, with boom mikes pixels above her head. And umbrellas, let the mics get ruined. In the background--not visible in the close-up--was a catering truck. And to the left, the catering table for the reporters. With maybe 20 others in the background. Not to mention the satellite tv trucks capturing edited video of the "mourning."

It wasn't a "lone mother mourning her son." It was a photo op, a planned press conference.

The zoom-in was the lie. It stripped away context. The context said "manipulative photo-op."

Don't know if that's true in this case, but it's always a possibility and in the interest of accuracy it has to be considered.
