(4,510 posts)We spoke often on the phone and he was coming to stay with me to help canvass and then I quit hearing from him. Then I got a message from him apologizing and saying he was sick. A few weeks later today his friend contacted me and told me he was dead. Im not sure Im over it yet.

Not only was Bob, aka Pinboy, DUs quickest wit ever, we learned after his passing of all his great work to help fellow vets. What a guy.
