Time Frame For Release Of Trump's Documents.

I took a break to ride my bike for an hour and a half, sat down and turned the TV on. (I never watch morning or early afternoon cable news.) A legal lady was on, CNN I think, she was asked if the Appeals court rules to release the documents on Nov. 30th, how long will it take for the Supreme Court to take up the matter? She responded that unless the SC expedites the case it will go well into 2022.

Sorry for the doom and gloom.

And there will be lots and lots of interesting questions, all of them aimed at TFG and his henchmen.

Which would let the Appeals Court ruling stand.

That would be the smart move - but that's assuming that there aren't toxic hyper-partisan justices.

the committee will get the documents, whenever. I hope they make sure to investigate any corrections made with a Sharpie.

A Trump sympathiser or
A complete sucker

Trump loves to abuse the court system
To him it's a murky swamp where problems sink and disappear

I'm betting on not within this decade.

Because even if the Supreme Court says he must release them, he (his lawyers) will file yet another appeal in yet another court. This could go on for a lot more than the rest of this decade.

There is nowhere to go after the Supreme Court has ruled. The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land.

when it comes to election fraud crap, and yet somehow there is always another claim to make, lawsuit to file.

I just have gotten totally cynical about this entire process.
