Pinal County Arizona Sheriff Deputy suspected of being drunk, admits to drinking and driving, but believes that he should be allowed to do so because he's a cop. Throughout the arrest he trys to shame the officer that is arresting him for doing this to a cop. Then he claims that the only reason he is being arrested is because the arresting officer has a body cam. He claims to "do this all the time", because his department doesn't have body cams.
