30. NPR is reporting that, per his attorney,

he is expected to turn himself in on Monday.

I think he will because I believe that he is still going to try to use executive privilege as a defense. He was not on TFG's staff at the time of the insurrection, but I am betting that he will claim that he was an "advisor."

Almost guaranteed that Meadows will appeal to SCOTUS.

So the outcome will depend on the SCOTUS ruling regarding executive privilege for a FORMER president.

Count on the RWnuts to turn this into a circus with pearl clutching claims of political persecution and the end of democracy.
