(12,409 posts)Oh, man, I just started and I like the writing style. So much writing nowadays is written for people who don't enjoy reading prose where one sentence can be a little journey, I think.

(10,252 posts)The prose style of the educated people of his time is courteous. I enjoy his humor and wit. Our Christian friends won't like it very much.

(5,125 posts)Google search circles into Tamil Tigers (LTTE) which are compared to ISIS or SRI Lanken authors, which is probably more likely.
Either way, I would like to know more about it, as you sound like a fan and it's likely a worthy style even if it's origins might be less than ideal according to some.
