He probably is, but the judge made such a goat-fuck of that trial that it's hard to say what will happen - I hope most of the goat-fucking happened outside the presence of the jury.

I'm a nervous wreck, too. I had to take a sick day today. Between Saturday's migraine and the Rittenhouse trial....I can't function.

that the jury is smarter than the judge. I’d bet that most of the jurors have figured out that the judge is a nut bag and it would be useless to pay attention to his emotional nonsense.
