(5,969 posts)Yeah right...what a stupid, dishonest framing of what was actually said.

(19,382 posts)it is quite an absurd characterization of what happened (no matter what one might think otherwise of the judge).
BTW, my first real introduction to how venile the media can be was Time's depiction long ago of the Ali/Chevalo heavy weight fight. I still recall looking in disbelief at what I had just read, wondering if they and myself had seen the same fight. IIRC, things didn't get much better in future articles (on a variety of topics regarding things I had independent knowledge of).

(5,969 posts)I'd expect a racially charged outburst and not such a calm explanation for the way he did the lottery.
I think it's pretty disgusting that RawStory would instrumentalize every decent person's rejection of racism and the shock that a judge would go on a racist tirade to maximize their ad revenue on YouTube.

(82,849 posts)He finally landed on "complaining witness," but seemed to overlook the fact that two of the people allegedly shot by young Kyle were indisputably dead, and unable to testify as witnesses at trial.
"How would you like it?"

(12,046 posts)Isnt it the prosecutions job to advocate that a crime was committed? Why wouldnt they be able to characterize them as victims? Can the defense not call their client innocent because the case hasnt been decided yet??
