I cant imagine that in NL that they havent said the same thing about Germany.
This goes into effect at midnight Sunday. Guess who lives in Germany and has two important working appointments in the Netherlands on Monday?

My daughter-in-law is Dutch and my granddaughters speak both Dutch and English fluently.
Family celebrations are quite interesting with both languages being spoken at the table. The birthday singing always begins with the Dutch traditional birthday song, with chorus of a half dozen family members all in perfect harmony.
